Really good Retreat
kindness staff stylish environment high comfort
The staff demonstrated kindness and helpfulness. The hotel maintains a clean and stylish environment. They ensured my comfort during the entire stay. I would return.

nespresso machine rainfall shower
i stayed in a superior double room. the room had a nespresso machine i used daily. it also had a rainfall shower which i enjoyed very much.
the gym was small, i could not do my regular training.

easy access comfortable bed poor transfer double payment
The hotel location allowed easy access to different sites (I could easily come and go). My room had a nice sofa and an comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. (especially the breakfast service!)
The reception staff did not handle our airport transfer well. They booked a taxi through an app without confirming the type of vehicle needed. We found two taxis waiting for us upon departure, so we ended up paying double for the transfer.
